Payment Options

Payment is due in full at the time of the visit. Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).

 

Please note that the cost of natural medicines and labs are not included in the cost office visits. These fees will be charged accordingly.

 

Insurance Coverage

Currently, Naturopathic Docotors are not in-network with insurance companies in the State of Minnesota. In the case you would like to submit to insurance for reimbursement, you will provided with an itemized receipt. Each insurance plan is unique, so please learn what your plan will cover.

 

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for other patients, it is requsted you give forty-eight hours notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. If less than twenty-four hours notice is given, you will be billed for the cost of your scheduled appointment.
